The Skoda Octavia – the perfect car for almost anything. The chiptuning experts at bhp© motorsport often see the popular Skoda – from family fathers with sporting ambitions, from field servicemen and, of course, from all other drivers who stand on practical, serious, sporty „every-day“ vehicles. Although the performance of the 2.0TDI models does not produce poor performance even in the weaker 150PSler, the vehicles are often optimized with tuning software. This above all improves the pull-through ability and the responsiveness.

This is how the riders, who like to drive with trailers or a lot of loading, benefit from more agility – this is most noticeable by inclines. The RS TDI with 184 hp already has very sporty roots, which can be characterized even more clearly with a chip tuning from bhp© motorsport. The tuning software ensures high torque at low speeds for all diesels, and brilliant power up to the limiter. We are often talking about 220hp and 460Nm. With the smaller brother with 150hp standard of up to 200hp and 420Nm. In most cases, the high torque also results in fuel savings, but this depends on the driving style. bhp motorsport has extensively tested all Skoda Diesel models on the in-house dynamometer, programming the parameters of the individual characteristic fields in such a way that the suitability for everyday use and the stability are not affected by the chip tuning as far as possible Be.

 

Our software can be safely transferred to the engine control unit via the OBD interface. In most cases, this saves unnecessary removal and opening up to the electronics. bhp© motorsport takes a lot of time and constantly invests in the latest technology in order to be able to program the best possible developed chip tuning software for you. We attach the highest importance to the functionality of the particulate filter and the exhaust system – that is why we are not going to the limit of what is possible, but to the limit of what is meaningful. This gives us a near-series service life for all loaded components.

At the special request of our customers, we can optimize the DSG transmission of the vehicles with regard to some functions (e.g. switching times, pump pressure, etc.). As a rule, however, this is not yet necessary with our chip tuning level 1.

Our chip tuning was developed with the stipulation that a TÜV certificate and a warranty for the engine can be purchased at the customer’s request at an additional cost.
